Building for the Future

If you look behind the Pastoral Center, you'll see a couple of newly renovated modular buildings. The exteriors have been recently renovated, and they have become part of Fr. Dale Craig's task to have classrooms, meeting spaces, and storage for St. Gertrude's pastoral needs. The interiors have yet to be finished, but they will be shortly.

The log cabin being built is part of SOLT's dream of having a future retreat center for priests' and retreat families. There is still a lot to accomplish, but the work will be done.

The property was originally donated to the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT) by a former Mora parishioner. The property has served as a place to house recent SOLT volunteers to St. Gertrude's in Mora Valley. Thanks to our hardworking Pastor, Fr. Dale, and his helper, Alfredo Gomez and several other volunteers, working is progressing nicely.

welcome Allen Chang and Erika Glasman to our community. They are both S.O.L.T. volunteer missionaries and will be serving in our parish for the next several months. Please introduce yourselves to them and welcome them into the community and your homes.

SOLT Volunteers

Home Visits

Do you know someone who needs a home visit? Our missionaries are willing and ready to go to your home. It could be weekly or monthly! The visits could consist of at-home prayer with the missionaries, help around your home or just a visit. There are papers in the Church pews. Please fill them out and our missionaries will call you back and set up a date and time for the visit. You may also call the parish office to sign up Monday through Thursday @ 575-387-2336.
